1 Turbin squash
cream of mushroom soup
nutmeg
chunks of garlic
garlic salt
salt
pepper
parsley
3/4 can water
carrots
peas
(any veggie you like)
pie crust, (comes in pack of two from safeway)
medium tofu- used 2 packs
chedder and motzerella cheese

cut top off of Turbin squash like a pumpkin-empty insides/seeds
put the above ingreidients in, add 1/2 to 3/4 can of water.
bake at 350 for 40 minutes
remove and then empty insides plus scrape out steemed squash part. set aside,

Not knowing how to cook tofu, I fryed it and then added that into the squash soup that i set aside.
I put the soup in the pie shells, covered with motzerella and chedder cheese and baked again for 50 minutes at 350.

I expected it to be not very apetizing, but it was great! my daughter ate it too!
