Help!

We've co-slept since dd1 arrived 4.5 years ago, and we intend to keep co-sleeping, but I'm having trouble figuring things out and need some help!

Right now our family is DH, 4.5yo dd1, 2.5yo dd2, 3mo ds, and myself. We have a queen sized bed (low to the floor IKEA frame, no boxspring) and a double (fold flat "futon" from target). DH is a deep sleeper who will sometimes act out dreams. He often sleeps in a sleeping bag to prevent hitting others. DD2 takes after dh and has actually caused enough damage in her sleep to send someone to the ER.... twice. DD2 is a very light sleeper who wakes at every touch. And ds is a tiny night nursling so needs to be next to me.

Now, at the moment the girls share the double as a sibling bed while dh, ds, and I share the queen sized "big bed". The problem is that dd2 has trouble sleeping with aggressive bed stealer dd1. So dd2 wakes up and crawls into the big bed. However, dd1 hates sleeping alone so she wakes up and cries. There simply isn't room in the queen for all five of us, and no good way to fit the double next to the queen to create a "supersized" bed. We've tried having DH and the girls in the queen with ds and I on the double, but the mattress on the double destroys my back (dh and the girls think it's fine, but it's too crowded for the three of them even though that has been a sometime solution). And we tried having dh and dd1 on the double and ds/dd2/myself in the queen but dd2 kept crawling over me and falling on ds in her sleep (normally when she crawls into our bed it's ds-me-dh-dd2).

Any ideas? How can we organize our room so everyone has a safe/comfy sleep space? When ds is bigger it wont be as big a deal, but if this keeps up for another 6 months or so I'll go berk!
