Maui local foods cook book rec

My sister will be volunteering starting next month on an organic farm in Maui. (I'm envious, as I will be bearing another Chicago winter, sigh.) Anyhow, I don't know exactly what the farm grows but she will have access to it and need to prepare her own food. Any cook book recommendations? Much thanks.

There is one sold by the local farmers association....I'm sure someone at the farm will have it Don't worry - should be easy peasy - Hawaii foods are mostly recognizable to the "outside world."

She might want to be familiar with a rice cooker (we eat a lot of rice here), taro, and, um....yeah that is all I can think of that might be different.
