OK, stupid question from a new mom (my little one is 4 weeks old)...
I don't know if I have felt letdown because I don't know what it is supposed to feel like.
So, experienced Mamas...
What does letdown feel like?

Edited to add:
I feel a weird pain in my right breast only about halfway through feeding Nate... it's like an intense itch, but on the inside of my breast. It is really uncomfortable. Is this letdown?

I've been nursing for 32, nearly 33 months now - DS1 nursed till DS2 was born, basicly, and yet to feel 'let down'

My daughter is 2.5 (still nursing) and I have a 3 week old son now. I never felt let down until DS was born. Wowza! I really feel it now! lol
