The Business of Being Born

I watched this last night and thought it was really well made and very informative. I know it's been out on dvd for a while and hadn't gotten a chance to see it but it was really good. Anyone else see it? Thoughts? I'm thinking about giving it to some of my girlfriends who might be having babies soon.

I loved it, too. It's available on Netflix (both DVD and Instant Play) so if your friends already have netflix, you can point them in that direction.

Also, Pregnant in America is very good as well.

LOVED IT! I just saw it for the first time a few weeks ago. Some of my more mainstream friends were opposed to even my seeing it (sheesh). But as I told them after I saw it, it's not pushing HB down our throats or something. It gave what you could tell was an honest look at pregnant women, doctors, hospitals, etc. in America.

I strongly recommended this to two pg friends who were pg with their second, and they both refused to watch it, they both said they didn't want to be scared. I was very frustrated by that!
