Program or Excel Template for Lesson Plans?

I'm working on altering our lesson plans, and splitting the kindergarten plans from our program {Catholic Heritage Curriculum, fyi} into preschool and kindergarten plans.

Is there a simple program to do this on the PC? I want something that I can print out and will look similar to the lesson plans I have. The link for a preview of what I am using is: http://www.chcweb.com/catalog/files/...mplepacket.pdf - go to pages 11 & 12 on the pdf.

I tried homeschooltracker a while back, and didn't really care for it. It was a free version. Couldn't figure out how to get items to repeat, and then those that did wouldn't advance pages, etc.

Even just a good excel template would work, as long as it has both the 4 "days" a week AND the weekly goals sections.
