My almost 4 yo still nurses. Mostly at night. Rarely during the day. I keep having these sensations. I have had prickly feelings, fullness feelings. This breast feels firmer to me. My son says he gets less milk from that side. I feel no lumps, no plugged ducts, but some areas feel firmer than compared to my left breast. Nusrsing does seem to help. I have been to my midwife about this once already. She did a breast exam and said all felt normal. I can't have a mammogram because it would be inconclusive due to the nursing. It isn't hot, it is not red. It may be a tad larger, but isn't that normal. It is my dominant side.
