Breast lumps

Sorry I am not sure of the best place to post this, but I am still breastfeeding an almost 3 year old. He only nurses once a day.

I seem to be getting recurrent lumps in my breasts, every month which do resolve. I am not sure if they plugged ducts. The plugged ducts that I have had in the past usually resolve in about 2 days. However, these lumps seem to last longer. Could these be plugged ducts or a hormonal issue? The lump aches. My bra hurts, and I am still wearing a non wire bra most of the time.

They are only in one breast at at time, however it seems either breast can be affected from month to month. I don't know how big they are, but they seem fairly large. It doesn't feel like a little plugged duct. I think the longest time that it lasted was about a week during my last period. I am currently at the end of my period which was also a miscarriage and I had used progesterone at the beginning of this pregnancy, but I don't think that is the problem since it is a recurring thing every month. Also sometimes there is not discernible lump. My left breast seems to be affected in two different spots now. One has a lump on the top far above my nipple, sort of where the breast meets my chest. The other is on the side of my breast way below the armpit but no lump that I can feel. It just aches.
