My almost 4 y.o. ate:
Breakfast: chocolate flavored Stoneyfield whole milk yogurt (at least it's organic and whole milk, but has sugar and is pasteurized)
Lunch: Bell&Evans gf chicken nuggets (has this almost every day, at least it's gf, put some dulse flakes in the ketchup)
Cooking class in school: some kind of pumpkin pie w/marshmallows on top
After school:a handful of gf lemon-flavored wafers sandwiches, some gf cinnamon cookies
Dinner: another chocolate Stoneyfield yogurt, then some blueberries
