Tough question. . .our fridge has a whole shelf and the door devoted to sauces/condiments. If we're talking homemade, I'd have to say Hollandaise (my DH makes the best). If we're talking store bought I'd have to say Sriracha or mayo. . .or both together on a burger with guac. . .oh no
