Looking for a toy-anyone know where to find it??

I am looking for a toy for my almost 1 y/o for Xmas....I don't know if it even exists, but...

I'd like something (wooden preferably, otherwise safe plastic) where she can drop a ball etc into it and it will roll down and come out so she can do it again and again. I am not looking for a pounding toy as we already have one of those from DS. It seemed with the pounding toy, by the time DS could aim the hammer well enough to hit the ball through that he was past being interested in doing it more than a couple times, so I am trying to find something that DD can use earlier.

Thanks!

Well, this is kind of spendy, but...

Hmmmm...pretty cute, but yes, definitely spendy!! That's the closest I've seen to what I am thinking of though....I am picturing more of something enclosed to drop the ball into, and then it can roll out the bottom. I didn't explain what I was picturing too well in the last post.

So probably something between that link and the Plan pounding tower, I think.....

Thanks for the link though....maybe Black Friday would bring it to 1/4 of it's price-then I might consider it!

I have to run so I can't find the link, but I'm sure I saw something like this in the Magic Cabin catalog. Also, I believe that Montessori has a few infant toys that are similar to this... maybe google search for a Montessori supply store?

Magic Cabin has this... guessing the mallet isn't necessary, but I don't know for sure.

And this from Hearthsong, which I love, as well as the kiddos that own it

it says it's for 3+ but I've seen much much younger children use it and love it too.

Here's the object permanence box I had in my Montessori infant class room. This is a super good price!

prescottchels, I can't get your links to work...I think I found the Magic cabin one, but can't seem to figure out which Hearthsong toy you may be referring to.....

Drummer's Wife, yes, that looks like the kind of thing I'm looking for!! I didn't think to check Montessori stores!!

Cool-thanks everyone!!
