Twice now I have bought a giant tub of organic animal crackers from costco and both times it takes forever to eat them. After the first time I told myself never again, but then I saw them and realyy wanted another tub to put ds's toys in so I caved. Anyway I poured them into 2 gallon size bags so I could use the tub and they are just not moving. What can I do with them? I was thinking of pie crust but have only ever made pie crusta with flour and butter so not sure how. Suggestions? Recipies?

What about using them as a treat for the kids with something to dip them in? Yogurt? Peanut butter? Chocolate hazelnut butter?
For christmas gifts you could dip them in chocolate and cover in crushed candy cane, or nuts, or sprinkles. Put in a bag and tie with pretty ribbon. Good for the kids to give out maybe?
Also, I just ran across a recipe where you grind up plain cookies (like animal crackers) and layer sweetened vanilla whipped cream and the cookie dust. It's called sawdust pudding. It looked really pretty, and the blogger said it was very refreshing. You could layer berries in too, or chocolate mousse... mmmmmmmmmmmmm...

-Maybe bag them up individually with pretty ribbon and have your kids bring them to their class for everyone.
-Same thing if you have a party coming up. Would make a cute party favor.
-Decorate a cake with them.
-crush them up and sprinkle on sorbet or other frozen desert.
-crush them up and layer with fruit and pudding for a parfait type thingy
