Hubby wont be home with me this month while I ovulate so I have a month off. Now what do I do, should I bother with my monitor or charting? Should I have me some alcohol?
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH A MONTH OFF!?

I have a month off and I am using it to prepare my body with Preconception tea and other herbs. Take it easy too and relax and have a glass of wine if you want. I had a couple of glasses.

1.) Have a maragrita w/ extra lime for me.
2.) If I were you I'd keep charting/doing what you're doing (but don't bother wasting the OPKs) so you can still tell when you O'd.

LOL! Im actually sitting here, reading the board and having my second glass of Plum Wine - so delicious - and didn't occur to me that wine really has a tendancy to thin my blood....so now my period is like.....HARDCORE.
DOH!

Oh, I also had some caffeinated coffee today. And chocolate covered espresso beans, YUM!

This is very unlike me... but I've been using this non-pregnant time as an opportunity to get healthier via exercise. Exercise! Wt...?

Definitely enjoy some tasty treats but I think it would be a good idea to up your vitamin intake. I would keep charting, just because it provides such interesting information. It enables you to see patterns from month to month.

I wish I had started charting months ago, long before we started ttc. I feel like I'm playing catch-up in learning about my cycles.

Enjoy this month! And enjoy next month even more!!
