Between 6 weeks and 6 months exclusively breastfed babies can have a dramatic change in stooling patterns. It can be quite normal for them to go 10 days between poops! As long as they are growing well and peeing well (at least 5-6 heavy wet diapers a day) you know that things are fine. When they poop it should not be hard, but a wet normal (although likely HUGE!) breastmilk poop. It may even go on for several hours/diapers!

Could go over a week & would still b normal.
Beware, will be the Mother of all Blow-Outs when it does come.

Yep, my second son was a every 10 day pooper kind of baby. It was a HORRIBLE blow out every time he did, but it was totally normal and he was not constipated.

My son usually had a poo only once every 3-4 days when he was tiny. it was fine. Now it's about every other day and he's nine months. I miss the once-a-week poop stage. Enjoy it now while you can.
