Nautical outfit pattern?

Im looking for a toddler boys (2T) nautical or sailor type outfit pattern... something cute for my ds to wear on a cruise!

Any ideas? I've only found vintage ones, and one that was really expensive.

Cheep is good. Fairly easy is good too (I dont have a lot of time to sew)

How about Simplicity 5982. It is sizes 1/2 to 4 and says 'easy to sew' on the front. It is officially out of print, but they must still have stock left because they are still for sale on the simplicity website. Maybe you could get it cheaper on ebay.

eta: If you are interested, there are a couple of them on ebay right now... one for 1.50 and a few for 2.00. Plus about 4 more at various prices... all less than the simplicity website.

I bought one off ebay, hopefully it will get here quick, the trip is in 2 weeks!
