Can you go into labeor with no impending labor signs?

Based on my LMP I was due Nov. 11, but never even thought twice about that date. Based on my ultrasounds I was due Nov. 22 or Nov. 26th... still no baby!
I am perfectly comfortable with a slight amount of barely there contrax after DTD, and was wondering if although I am not showing ANY signs of impending labor AT ALL, is it possible that it could happen soon?
My momma is here and has to leave on the 7th and I REALLY feel that I need her support for labor and would love for her to spend time with the babe! When is this baby coming!?

Yep, totally possible. I had no labor signs with three out of my four births, and had a few tiny labor signs just a few hours before labor began with my most recent birth.

With my first I had absolutely no signs until I went into labor. I don't even remember having more BH contractions....nothing. Also at my last appt (about 2 days prior) before ds 1 was born I was only 1/2 cm dialated and 25% effaced.

I hope labor starts for you soon. I know it can be so frustrating.

DDC crashing-

I had absolutely no signs before I went into labour with my first DS. I went to bed and woke up at 430am with my first ever contrax(this was 10 days post dates) and he was born 8hrs later! I had also been checked for the first time the day before and the Dr. said I was 25% effaced, fingertip dilated with a posterior cervix. He really didn't think it was going to happen anytime soon...he was wrong!

I had my baby Nov 11 and had no signs he was coming until I lost my mucus plug about 11:30 am on Nov 10 and contrax started about noon that day! It can definitely happen kind of "out of the blue"!

I think your skin would give in after a year or two, so no worries there.

DDC crashing- but yes. With my son I didn't have any signs, up until I actually was in labor.

Its totally possible not to have any pior signs(no loss of mucus plug etc...) and then go into labor. I had no signs that I was going to have dd#2 and then all of a sudden I had 1 contraction then another, then my water broke and less then 2 hours after my 1st contraction my dd was born.
