Has anyone seen this with their kids? Did you like it? For what ages do you think it's most appropriate? What are the scary parts like?

My 2.5 year old saw Up this summer and really liked it. We're thinking of taking her to another movie this weekend.

Haven't seen it yet, but I'm intrigued.
Gene Shalit (sp?) gave it a TERRIBLE review this week, but Roger Moore in the paper gave it 5 stars! I'm always intrigued when movies have this polarizing effect on viewers. I haven't read the book yet either, so I won't be the best judge! Interested to hear others' responses.
