Antsy Pants Opinions?

We are looking for cloth pull-ups for our 15 month old. He uses the potty, but (almost always) still poop in his diaper, so we need a diaper that could handle that. One that opens on the sides for easier poop clean-up would be best. He's a very tall boy, and big overall. He's about 34 inches tall, and weighs about 29 lbs. He barely fits into a large bum genius. In disposable dipes, he's a size five.

I keep seeing the ad for Antsy Pants here on MDC. Has anyone tried them? Would you recommend them? Any other suggestions?
