My naturopathic doctor recommended it, especially to boost milk production. I thought he would too cold, i love it cold while im sleeping so he's always in a sleeper but is often sweaty, i do have a heater i could use to compensate. Cj's 3 months, did anyone else sleep skin to skin past the first few nights?

DD3 just turn a year old and I still sleep skin to skin with her. We both run hot, though. It just is more comfortable. I will put a light sheet over us, and that seems to be plenty.

my daughter is 3 months and we sleep chest to chest, she sleeps in a onsie and i sleep in pj pants and a sleep bra. pretty close. i find she actually stays warmer that way than in a sleeper.

Yes!

DD slept skin to skin for almost 2 years. Then I wanted to night wean and started wearing a top. DS gets skin to skin whenever he wants, which is not all that often. As an newborn he got as much as I could give, usually it was when he was in a wrap more than at night.

My kids are 2 and 6 and both still co sleep. DD likes to sleep in her undies and is a snuggler. So she still gets a lot. DS likes to be fully dressed and likes his space unless he is sick. He tends to get more skin for his naps.

I also have gone skin to skin to help with feeling out of since with one of the kids.

Yup. DD is 12 months and every now and then I worry about her being too cold (she despises blankets or sheets) and I put her in a sleeper but one of us always wakes up sweaty if either of us has on more than panties (diaper in her case). I love the skin to skin and just crank the heat as needed.
