Acorn squash recipes, please!

I have a ton of acorn squash, and really need some ideas. My family is not crazy for the roasted wedges, which is most of the recipes I've come across. Thanks!

I cut in half, scoop out the seeds then sprinkle with cinnamon add a pat of butter and a spoon of brown sugar and put in a small cassorole dish covered with plastic wrap and microwaved for about 10 min or until fork tender. Then I scoop out the flesh and yummy!
