Like you op I was never a coffee drinker until a few months ago (I am 29 btw) and now I enjoy 1 cup about 3 times/wk. I don't crave it, haven't noticed any neg affects or w/drawal symptoms when I don't have it.
I drink it w/raw milk and sweeten w/stevia. Yum!
I also read somewhere (can't remember and I'm too lazy to look it up but some other knowledgable mama may know what I'm talking about) that moderate coffee drinking can lower one's risk of getting Alzhiemers (sp?).
