Oatmeal is considered one of those "can't hurt and might help" type of things when it comes to increasing supply. Some women can eat a few cookies for have a bowl and the next day they might notice an increase in supply. Others could eat a bowl daily and nada.

Personally oatmeal does nothing for my supply, if I need to increase it then I have to go to herbs. Good luck.

I have had good luck with oatmeal. I WOH FT, nights, and pump 3 times a shift. Overall, my yield is about 2-3 ounces greater when I have had oatmeal for breakfast. So, hours, for me. Though I feel like the effect is waning now that I've been using oatmeal to increase supply for a while. Like, maybe I need to take a 2-week break and reintroduce it to have that same effect.
