My son cut his first two bottom teeth in early October and nada since then. Is it unusual for 2 months to pass without any additional teeth coming in? He'll show some mild signs once in awhile (excessive drool; finger chewing), but no new teeth appear. He's turning nine months old in a few days and I've been wondering lately what's going on with his teeth...

He cut his first two (lower front) at 7 months or so. Still no more, three months down the line, though his upper front are on their way.
