Help with a back carry

Hello!

I am trying out a back wrap cross carry and I am having a hard time keeping the wrap from slipping off the baby's butt! Any suggestions from experienced wrappers? How did you fist start out?

I find that keeping the fabric VERY spread out and wide is the best way to keep everything where it belongs. HTH & GL!

Tighten, tighten, tighten and try different carries. Hit up thebabywearer for excellent videos. Personally, I've had good luck with a secure high back carry but am still learning. A second person to help spread the fabric is also awesome at first (at believe me, I don't always have someone around, so I ask strangers!).

I only worry about tightening the top rails while I'm wrapping. When I get DD up on my back I hold the top rails tight under my chin, pull the bottom rail down and then tuck up under her bum to her knees, and continue wrapping from there. HTH some!

I did a reinforced rear rucksack with a rebozo!

I had the little guy in a back carry for couple hours today! He slept sweetly and I got the house clean! I had to fuss a bit with the bottom edge slipping up but with more practice I think I'll get it. How do I tighten that up under his but and knees?

I took a picture but don't know how to upload. What is HTH and GL?
