Last night, we were swimming at a local indoor pool. We have been going every week. I always put dd in a waterproof trainer as a swim diaper; it is trim and I know it will hold poop. Well, thank goodness it did! DD has rarely pooped her pants since turning four months old & will tell us verbally that she needs to poop. I would have NEVER thought this kid really "needed" a swim diaper, I just put one on in case/pool policy. Last night, she pooped, WHILE IN THE POOL. DH and I did not even notice until we got out to take a break. It was not a little poo, either! I ended up throwing the trainer away, it was so full! Thankfully, it was homemade, so it only cost about $5.
So, a true tale from a mom of a toddler who "doesn't need" a swim diaper, LOL!! Crisis averted, YAY!
