Many Docs try to "play God" all the time (I have worked in a hospital for over 10 years...). That is why I would only use a MW for my pregnancy and not an OB, and I am thankful that my insurance covered that.

I am sure your baby will decide that it's time for her to make her grand entrance later this week anyways.....when she is good and ready!

thanks ladys my son was 9days late and was 8 14 i birthed him JUST fine and he was perfect! but my first i was induced at 40weeks and he spent 5days in the nicu for breathing problems
so doc are NOT always right
the ladys on the other forum can keep bashing me all they want i know my body and what is right for my kids
but thanks Ever so much for the i look 19-20 tops comments! made my day!

I guess they never heard about doctor induced preemature babies ( I forgot the medical term). But there are more and more babies like that around.
