Every month I fall VERY short of my goal. But I'm in for 1200 this month! This is my month!

12/1 - 45 minute and stretch

45/1200

What is everyone else up for!?!??!?!

I followed along last month on my own, noting the minutes on my calendar to see if I could make it. I was pleased to have done 1,135 mins. So I feel ready to join the thread! December will be tougher with travel, relatives... The second half of this month is going to be really busy. I'm going to try to meet more than half the goal in these first two weeks.
Good luck to all who are doing this challenge!

1 Dec: 3 Fast Miles workout, 45 minutes

45/1000

I've done 1,500 the last 2 months so I'm going to officially up my goal. Because of bad weather and holidays, I'm going to be realistic and shoot for 1,200. I'm also going to start including calories burned estimates so I can track how much I'm burning and my intensity.

So, here goes:

12/1 - 50 min: 20 min hiit; 10 min elliptical; 10 treadmill; 10 bike (450 cal)
12/1 again - 50 min weightlifting (200 cals)
Totals: 100/1,200 (650 cals)

I'm usually short each month as well! I'm still setting my goal at 1000.

Happy December, every one!

42 min burn and firm pilates

I am back after a long absence - need the motivation to move!

But, the last week of December will be at my mom's house and I am not sure how much exercise I will get there, so I will set my goal low for the month - 900 minutes!

12/1 - 54 cardiokickboxing (feel the burn!!!)

OK I'm in I'll try it.

Um......I did TEN count them TEN crunches with the 2 year old sitting on my feet today before the baby attacked me and well, I gave up and started playing with him LOL...

Do I get a generous 10 minutes for that? OK I'll be real. 3. Three minutes.

But that is three more minutes than I did yesterday....

I'm in! I'm eight weeks postpartum and need to get moving. Thanksgiving and all of its food was NO help. With Christmas coming, I'm feeling nervous. Nothing to report yet, but I plan on doing 60 minutes of exercise today. Will report back later! I'll commit to AT LEAST 1000 minutes this month.

IS today the 3rd?

I bought the kids a mini trampoline today and jumped on it with them. I didn't track the time but I'd say I probably did 30 mins...

So 33/1000

I'm going to try for at least 2 30 min sessions....we'll see.
