Got another run in yesterday, and a dogwalk, too, so that puts me over my goal for December - YAY!

It is raining today, and we are flying back home tomorrow, so I think that is it for the month. See you all in January!

Ok, I'm not going to make my goal this month but I got close. I might go for a walk outside later, but since it won't be 75 minutes long I won't hit my goal but that's Ok. 900+ minutes is still pretty good!

26 Dec: 50 minute walk outside
28 Dec: 30 minute dvd (2 mile walk with strength training)
31 Dec: 30 minute dvd (walk and kick) plus 15 minutes of yoga and strength exercises
