Crazy amount of plugged ducts/milk blisters

I'm trying to figure out why I am getting so many plugged ducts and milk blisters. I've been getting this recurring milk blister since about September. About a month ago I realized that I was getting it whenever I wore a bra. So I've pretty much been going braless ever since then. Since then, whenever I've put on a bra, the blister comes back and I'm all full and hard within a couple hours. I have a couple different bras, and it has happened with all of them. However, now it's coming back even though I'm not wearing a bra. And on top of all of it, I've been getting other plugged ducts around the same area as the blister. I got a plugged duct last night, and I still have it. Two days ago the milk blister made another appearance. Thankfully ds worked it open within a few hours. Before that I had one a week before. Why am I getting them so often? I haven't gone even 2 weeks without having some kind of issue with my boob since august! I'm taking lecithin daily because I heard that's supposed to help. I don't sleep on that side. I don't carry my purse on that side. I don't wear a baby wrap. Gah! Does anyone have any advice? My son is only 6 months old, so we have many more breastfeeding days ahead of us, but I'm ready to just say forget it and give formula!! I can't do this for another year.

I don't have any experience with this but have you tried finding an answer at kellymom.com?
