DS (2.5) will have to have some extensive dental work done, inckuding the extraction of his upper front teeth.
He is still nursing day and night, and very attached to "his" boobies
The dentist said he doesn't recommened nursing after the procedure because the sucking could lead to problems at the extraction sites (dry socket or something like that?)
Have any of you had experiences with nurslings and dental procedures?
DS also uses nursing for comfort, so denying him that after a potentially traumatizing dental experience doesn't feel right to me
But would he even want to/be able to with those open wounds right at the front, where he'd be sucking?
