Whipped pumpkin seeds?

I read somewhere online about someone whipping together pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to get a spread. Does anyone know how this is done?

It tried it in my food processor. The texture was OK, but not great. The flavor was oddly not like eating whole pumpkin seeds and whole sun flower seeds , I didn't like it very much and DS really disliked it.

Spreadable, but not a pleasing as peanutbutter, or other commonly available nut/seed butters. It was kind of dry and gritty. It may have been partly the limits of how well a food processor can grind a nut/seed butter, but it may also just be the nature of pumpkin seeds.

I do often grind sesame seeds in my food processor to make tahini. That works fine, but it stains the processor, and I need to let it rest sometimes. Since I usually am making the tahini to go into hummus anyway, I find that it's much easier on the processor if I add olive oil, but then the tahini is very runny.

Sometimes I use some sunflower seeds to bulk up the sesame seeds, when I don't have enough or am just feeling cheap, and that works fine texture wise too.
