Hair: beautiful, curly gone dull, straight, gray HELP!

my hair was beautiful, i got pregnant, it got better, had my boy and it´s been getting worse every year. it´s been almost 4 years now, but these few months have taken a toll on my hair. it´s almost completelly gray (ever since i was 15, but now it´s terrible!), almost straight, dull, horrible.

what can i be lacking? i´ve tried things, but only products that go directly on my hair, and nothing works. what about birth control pills directly on hair? any help, please!

i´m about to go get it short and maybe dye it, i´ve only dyed it with henna, but i really don´t know what to do anymore. thanks!

Mine went the same route. The hormones do take a toll on the hair.

Try taking biotin. That was just recommended to me today.

I dye mine with color I get at the health food store (so, no harsh chemicals.) I'm contemplating a body wave (which *is* harsh chemicals) because I can't stand how flat and thin my hair is now. The kids were worth it, but dang, I look bad.

oh so do i!!!!! doesn´t feel too good. i´ll look into the biotin.
i´ll get my henna again tomorrow. i used to get it directly from morocco, this one is in paste in a can, natural, hope it helps

i had it about to my shoulder blades, and i got it cut yesterday over my shoulders! love it, and it´s a huge change. thanks!
