Is anyone here using a continuous brew system for their Kombucha?

I'm only still just growing my mother culture. However I may want to ask for a 2.5 gallon glass brewer with the spigot as a Christmas gift. Is anyone loving this method? I'm currently using a gallon jar & have a great source to get more for free, so I can actually have multiple batches brewing to fill the demand that this new habit is forming in my home lol. I'm currently drinking about 16 oz a day of GT Dave's brew & my kids love it so I usually share some with them too, they would drink more if I wasn't rationing it due to the price. I think I'd also really like the ease of bottling from the spigot. I think ideally I'd like to bottle about 2 gallons a week. For starters I'm fine with using my free jars but is a continuous brew worth looking at down the road?

How many gallons do you brew at a time? In what type of vessel? How do you bottle without a huge mess? I've been saving all the bottles as I empty them so by the time this batch is done I should have a nice supply going!

I'm testing one right now that's 12 liters. It's pretty awesome so far.

Continuous brew here for about 5 months: 1.5 gallons, glass jar covered with cheese cloth, it has a spigot

I just bought a 3-gal jar with spigot and will be transferring my scoby tomorrow! It looks like a much more convenient method.
