Calories for DH

Thread Starter
DH and I both work out 5+ times a week, it is fairly short (we do a 30 min workout) but it is intense. My DH works a semi-physical job at Home Depot, he does stock and move things all day, we also are quite physical at home as we need to haul wood etc. We eat healthy, pasta and bread do not happen very often in our community. What the problem is is that DH keeps losing weight, he has a fast metabolism anyway and I know he is just not getting enough calories! So I was hoping I could get some good ad-on ideas that would not ad on tons of work for me!

TIA!

eggs are pretty cheap and very healthy (don't listen to the whole cholesterol bit). one egg is about 75 calories. also, heavy cream is cheap for its calories.

i follow a more low-carb way of eating, so these types of foods fit well into my diet.

Avacado, heavy cream in the coffee/tea, smoothies made with full fat coconut milk.....
