You should be fine to feed as soon as you feel awake enough. No need to pump and dump.

If you have specific concerns, check out www.kellymom.com and search for surgery (and dental surgery - they use 'twilight sleep' too.) Great info - all of it says what the PP said, but just with more specifics.
