yea umm I know it's late to be asking--I guess I didn't realize it was such a big deal--I got it out and replaced because decay got under it and part of my tooth fell out even. I got it out from a normal dentist (was in pain and needed it fixed) on tuesday--I have this pit in my stomach having googled a bit--that I have screwed up my life and the future life of future babies--what can i do to help whatever I just did? (PS I had to get it removed--but it sounds like I should have done things before and after as well as more precautions)

i swallowed once (before starting to drill out the filling) and freaked out and made sure not to again--really besides that I just swooshed mouth and cleaned it out and then went on with life normal. That night I was really hyper and my brain was out of it--was with a friend and we figured it was the laughing gas?!) I know nothing--please educate me--

in the other thread someone mentioed that you're not supposed to get prego until 18-24 months after removal? why? (I'm encounting 16months) ---can you all help me with things I should look out for--should I now not ever have chlorella and cilantro again?HELP thanks

oh- BTW both my kids have horid allergies to foods already--gosh I don't want the next to have more problems!

also--I'm not pregant or nursing right now.

I had one replaced about a month ago. I didn't know I was supposed to do anything before or after, so I guess I'll be watching this thread!

thanks- lots of reading to do.

would I need to work on "chelating" for sure?! or only if I show signs or symptoms of a problem? (or is there always a problem and I should lookfor A B and C?!)

I'm no chelating expert. I would not have a mercury filling removed without proper protocols and chelating.

There is a ton of info in the dental forum. Those links will help. I would start large doses of vit C immediately. Include selenium- caution dosing and consider clay. No ttc for 18 months.

thank you for answering-- I thought not swallowing and them vacuuming constantly was enough safety--blah- nope they weren't following any special protocols-- something I read I shouldn't chelate for 3 months after I got them out right? but I should still start vit C immediately? will you give me an example of doses that YOU would give your self and for how long? also--NEVER bought Slenium--what kind of dose there? I bought clay but I think it's supposedly the kind that is as good for internal (though it says it's safe) should I still use it? also i shouldn't have any "detoxing" things until when? as in I'm not supposed to do a clense right? (I was going to do arise and shine after christmas) I need to do more reading--so much to do!

I don't know the answers to the questions you seek. The Chelating mamas will be able to help.
