I'm pretty sure these have been around for awhile .... But today at the library, I discovered some fun, beautiful children's books:
Sunshine on My Shoulders
Grandma's Feather Bed
Country Road
and one about dolphins too ---
All John Denver songs, with CDs of the music too. We read 3+ books/night at bedtime, and the girls look at pictures in books all the time. But Ina really enjoyed looking at the pictures while we listened to the song for each page. It was relaxing and fun. After the song played all the way through once, then we went back and read the book without music. We only checked out the first one, but will cycle through the rest in future trips to the library.
