buckwheat allergy free, gluten free recipes please?

i have an allergy to chocolate, avocado,and tree nuts--and expect one to some latex cross reactive foods and common allergens. Can anyone give me a yummy buckwheat recipe--i tried it plain and it was HOOOOOOOORRIBLE.

Did you get whole buckwheat? Or buckwheat cereal? Or buckwheat flour?

We get Bob's Red Mill "Creamy Buckwheat Cereal", which is made like oatmeal, and my DS puts maple syrup and cinnamon on it. DD2 puts brown sugar and cinnamon on hers.

We use light buckwheat flour all the time, in baked goods. Waffles, popovers (those have eggs), sandwich bread, etc.

The regular whole buckwheat, I wasn't a fan of either.
