Hi!
My daughter is almost 4 months old, and we are hitting the 4 month sleep regression fast and hard. Last week, she was barely napping at all during the day but sleeping okay at night (waking up 2-4 times to nurse). She wasn't even napping while nursing, which used to guarantee me at least one two to four hour nap a day. In an act of desperation, we bought a new swing, which she loves, and she is now napping in it during the day. However, now her sleep has gone to you know where during the night. The last two nights were really, really rough and I am exhausted. She is also dairy intolerant, and had some really bad gas all night the last two nights.
I am really worried that sleeping in the swing during the day is ruining her sleep at night. What do you think, or is it just a coincidence? I am just second guessing myself because a month ago she was doing so well, and I am worried that I am "breaking" her.
