Has anyone used this herb? They say it works similar to DomP and results are better. My LC has not heard about it and I am trying to get some information.
I am on max dosage DomP and a tonne of herbs too and have seen very marginal increase in my supply. How long does it take to see results? How sould I transition from Domp to shatavari? Will I see better results if I do both at the same time?
I am giving LO(7 weeks) almost 75% formula and 25% BM due to my chronic low supply (5-6oz/ day).
It is also said that one shouldn't take shatavari and DomP at the same time. Anyone knows why?
