iso dairy/soy/peanut free crockpot recipes

It seems like all my old standbys have cream of something soup.. I have recipes for pot roast, pulled pork, beans and 'roast' chicken.

Anyone have any tried and true recipes for dairy-free, soy-free, and peanut free crock pot meals? fermented soy (like soy sauce) seems to be ok.

Has anyone approximated cream of mushroom soup using rice/almond/coconut milk and a roux with mushrooms? We mainly use coconut milk beverage here.

I have a bunch of crockpot recipes on my blog: www.kathysrecipebox.com. It's searchable by allergen. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:
pulled pork
pork & kraut
Transylvanian goulash
beef burgundy
chicken marsala
chicken mirabella
not sure what else.... I've got barbecued ribs in the crockpot today. The sauce smells good. Should've tasted it when I was done compiling it, but didn't.
I make a white sauce for scalloped potatoes. That's on my blog. And I made a creamy mushroom sauce for green beans for Thanksgiving, but it wasn't thick/creamy enough for me, so I'm still working on that one.

Chili is always good. My recipe is 1lb Italian Sausage (make sure to get one without any soy in it. It was actually hard to find around here when dd was having issues!), 1lbs Hamburger, 1 Onion, 1 14oz can Kidney Beans (I do 2-3 cans Kidney Beans to stretch it a little further), 6oz tomato paste, 1 can 14oz diced tomato, chili seasoning, garlic powder and cumin to taste (cumin is what gives it a kick)

Brown meats and add to the crockpot. Add everything else. Cook on low for 8hrs or high for 4hrs.
