illness depleted supply- help!

Hi- I'm hoping some of you will have some quick tips for how to help my situation!
I'm recovering from a nasty stomach bug that hit me about 3-4 days ago. As a result of the dehydration and no food for 1 1/2 days, my milk supply dipped really really low. I've been trying to eat and drink relatively normally since yesterday afternoon, but I haven't noticed my supply increasing yet. My 15 mo dd depends on her milk for comfort and going to sleep- she and I are nowhere near ready to wean!
I've never had any supply problems before. But now it hurts when she nurses and I can tell that she's only getting a few sips. What can I do to quickly boost my supply back up?

Eat, drink, rest, nurse. You can always do things like oatmeal and mothers milk tea too.

Make sure you stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and keep nursing! Any nursing mother's tea blend would help bump your supply back up, as would oatmeal, and the other tricks, but I wouldn't worry too much about losing your supply completely. Your lactation is well established after 15 months of nursing, and your milk will certainly come back as your body gets back to normal.

Feel better!
