Baby fell and cut gums! Need to go to dentist?

My 8 month old baby girl fell and hit her mouth/top gums on her little play table. She has no teeth on the top yet, but they are just about to pop through. She bled for a bit and it stopped pretty quickly, but she has a cut on her top gums! I'm SO worried this is going to affect her teeth from coming in right! Should we bring her to a dentist??

Keep her gums clean, and it'll be okay Mama... at least one of my kiddos has done that before.

You would be surprised in little ones mouth injuries heal really quickly. As long as the bleeding has stopped there is absolutely nothing a dentist could do. If there is some gum swelling have her suck on a frozen washcloth, or breastmilk popsicle.
