So, I tried taking melatonin for insomnia and well, it made me sleep too heavy. Even only taking a half of a pill! Since we co-sleep I can't be sleeping heavy like that. Valerian helps me become more relaxed, although it doesn't put me to sleep it will probably help me, and it won't put me into a deep sleep.
