My lo spotted a beautiful hand knitted blanket at the thrift store. She said "pretty, pretty" and it was 99 cents, so I bought it. Unfortunately after unfolding it there is a rather large hole. It is a pattern that looks like leaves. I'm not really big on perfection, so I'm thinking the goal is to make it structurally sound again, but how? I'm still pretty much a newbie, but feel confident I can fix this. I could possibly put heart shaped patches or something over the fix if it doesn't match the pattern, or not
. Not sure where to start though. Oh and it is a white shiny yarn I don't have anyway, so yeah, its definitely not going to match up.
