International vax law

As many MDCers probably already know, I plan to move out of the United States within the next year or so because of an ongoing debacle with the CDC (the details are outside the scope of this forum; you can PM me if you want a full explanation), and I was wondering if anyone knew what the laws regarding vaxes were in certain countries.
My current choices of destination are Japan, UK/Ireland or Canada. Does anybody know what my options are if I am to have kids in any of these countries?

Japan strongly recommends, but does not require vaccinations. There are also a lot less on the schedule than there are in the U.S.

My 3 year old is not vaccinated and I have not had any problems other than having to tell 5 different people that "we have opted against vaccinations" every time there's a city "check-up" for the kids I had one doctor suggest that my daughter get her measles vaccination, because there was an outbreak that caused most schools to close down for several days, but other than that no one has done anything more than confirm that I know the pros & cons of vaccinating.

JOOC, what's a "city check-up"? Is that like a checkpoint where they scan kids for disease?

The vax schedule in Canada is pretty much the same as the states. It varys a little from province to province. There is no newborn Hep b unless your high risk. There are exemptions for school needed for only 3 provinces. The rest of the provinces you don't need anything. I have a son in public school grade 2 and we have never been asked about his vaccinatations.

I don't know what the immigration laws are.

I don't know about EU laws, but I am pretty sure the immigration stuff is streamlined in all countries of the EU.
As for children, Germany has no mandatory vaccinations and I am not aware of any physicals needed. I never needed one. I know that France has mandatory vaccination laws.

Late in replying but . . .
It's the equivalent of a well baby visit, except that it's done at the local city/ward office. They get a bunch of doctors & dentists there and give the kids a once over to make sure they are meeting their mile stones and check for anything obvious parents may have not noticed etc.
