Ok, so I realize this is going to be an odd question for MDC. But, I'm really wondering when I'm going to stop leaking milk all over the place because it's driving me crazy!
Sadie is formula fed. She was breastfed for a week or so, until I had to start a medication that I'm not comfortable passing on to her and that it's recommended you not breastfeed with. So at or around 1 week of age, we switched to formula. That was nearly 9 weeks ago, and I'm STILL leaking to the point of soaking the front of a shirt occasionally. Once my milk did come in and she was still nursing, I would pump when I got uncomfortable and she wasn't ready to nurse (or had taken all she wanted) and could easily get 4 oz. per breast within 10 minutes or so. I'm no longer uncomfortable or engorged, and I quit pumping WEEKS ago, when the engorgement issues ceased. So when does this end?
