Muffin pans?

What do you love? I need to replace mine. Is there such thing as an easy to clean muffin pan?

Yes. When I have to use a muffin pan, I use uncoated stainless steel muffin pans and they are easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. No nasty aluminum or chemical coatings. Love them!

FWIW - I do have a lodge cast iron biscuit pan that I make muffins in. It is wonderful for when I have a lot of time, but not practical as it only cooks 7 muffins at a time.

Silicone - easy to clean and they are collapsable for easy storage. Found mine at Target.

I have a Wilton muffin/cupcake pan. It works really well.

Pampered Chef stoneware muffin pan - love it!

I just got a PC stoneware muffin pan and am eager to use it. YinYang, are there any tips for the first time or two? And are baking times comparable to other pans? Thanks.

Pampered chef stoneware muffin pan. I spray it with pam before I start, although now I have the pampered chef pump spray thing so I am hoping to switch soon.

I have a silicone one too that I won at a baby shower (heart shape). It only makes six though.

Yeah, the stoneware - just grease it however you do the first few times until it is "seasoned". Otherwise, enjoy

I have to second the silicone pans..they are fairly inexpensive now and you just "peel" out the muffins, and chunk it in the dishwasher. Also another silicone alternative are the muffin cups...you just sit them on a cookie sheet, and fill and bake...they are completly reusable, and easy peasy to use and clean up.
