sick sleep

DD was down to only waking 2 times at night (heaven!) thanks to us partially night weaning. She had an ear infection though so for the last 4 or 5 days her sleep has been awful and she's been nursing 5+ times at night and fussing a lot more. I completely expect this b/c she feels awful. My question is, once she starts feeling better will her sleep go back to how it was or will we probably need to start night weaning again?

My experience is that you'll have to re-wean. My ds was on his way to semi decent sleep on a matress next to our bed but a bad bout of teething and then rubella and we're right back to square one.

I think it all depends on your dd. My dd has been pretty good about getting back on track at night after a few days of sickness or teething. GOOD LUCK!!!
