I don't get it. I'm at my wits end.
DS will eat purees, and UK stage 2 baby foods (textured and with small lumps - i cook most of his food, but that's the texture i do it, mostly..) but he doesn't chew the lumps. He just swallows them whole. I've tried giving him finger foods, and he will only bother with "big" stuff (saving that pincer grasp for picking fluff off the carpet..), but even then, he'll suck on it and if it turns to mush, he'll eat it all. But if he bites a chunk off, he will just spit it out.
I don't know what to do. Any BTDT mamas who can offer me advice?
